Issues to login for external customers via SiemensID
Description:
- This issue was resolved today 07. October 2020 at 9:20 CET:
"Currently external customers receive the message that they need "Google Authenticator" to login to our services. This results in issues to loing on our Web Portals and in the SiCourse App."
Consequences:
- SiCourse App login with SiemensID/MyID possible
- SiCourse App login with alternativ login possible
- SiCourse App page down-/upload possible
- OneLMS Webportal available - Login via SiemensID possible
- OneLMS TCmanager WebClient available
- OneLMS TCmanager Citrix Client available
- OneLMS TrainerClient available
