Participants can’t edit documents with PDF Annotator

Update: Error was found - Systems operational (24. April 2020 - 10:52 CEST).

Description:

  • Currently it is not possible for participants to edit their documents with the PDF Annotator (affects iPad and MyTraining).

Consequences:

  • SiCourse App access possible
  • SiCourse App login with SiemensID/MyID possible
  • SiCourse App login with alternativ login possible
  • SiCourse App page down-/upload possible
  • OneLMS Webportal available
  • OneLMS TCmanager WebClient available
  • OneLMS TCmanager Citrix Client available
  • OneLMS TrainerClient available
