Major Outage OneLMS

The problem causing the major outage is fixed, all system are available again.

Description:

  • Currently all clients connected to OneLMS are not reachable.

Consequences:

  • SiCourse 2.0 App login with SiemensID & MyID not possible
  • PDFannotator login with SiemensID & MyID not possible
  • PDFViewer download not possible
  • SITRAIN catalogue App not available
  • OneLMS SITRAIN Webportals not available
  • OneLMS TCmanager WebClient not available
  • OneLMS TrainerClient not available
