Webportals Short URL/links not working for Siemens employees only Trainings

Description:

  • Currently short links are not working correctly for trainings for Siemens employees only (maximum external participants = 0)
  • Normally these short link are generated automatically. Previously generated short links used, e.g. in course description texts, will lead to an error page.

Consequences:

  • SiCourse 2.0 App login with SiemensID & MyID possible
  • PDFannotator login with SiemensID & MyID possible
  • PDFViewer download possible
  • SITRAIN catalogue App available
  • OneLMS SITRAIN Webportals available (some links are not working)
  • OneLMS TCmanager WebClient available
  • OneLMS TrainerClient available
