Major Outage OneLMS Clients and Webportals

__ This incident is now fixed. All affected systems are running as normal again. __

Description:

  • TCmanager Webclient and other clients currently not reachable.
  • Webportals currently not reachable

Consequences:

  • SiCourse 2.0 App login with SiemensID & MyID not possible
  • PDFannotator login with SiemensID & MyID not possible
  • PDFViewer download possible
  • SITRAIN catalogue App available
  • OneLMS SITRAIN Webportals not available
  • OneLMS TCmanager WebClient not available
  • OneLMS TrainerClient not available
