Issue was fixed
Description:
Due to an error in the SITRAIN LMS API to the Order Reference Check tool,
- the Order Validation in the TCmanager,
- the Order Reference Check (ORC) in the TCmanager
- the Order Reference Check (ORC) in the Webportal
does currently fail for internal customers.
This does also mean, that internal customers can't book in the Webportal.
We opened a high prioritiy ticket with our Softwareprovider and will update this post with new information.
Consequences:
- Webportal Booking for internal customers not possible
- Order Validation and Order Reference Check in the TCmanager do show an error "ERROR_SERVER_UNREACHABLE" for internal customers.
