TCmanager TCmanager - Connection loss (504 Gateway Time-out)

Update: Connection issues were fixed.

Description:

Currently TCmanager is unresponsive / unreachable. We have opened a ticket with high priority.

Consequences:

  • SITRAIN App login with SiemensID & MyID possible
  • PDFannotator login with SiemensID & MyID possible
  • PDFViewer download possible
  • SITRAIN LMS SITRAIN Webportals available
  • SITRAIN LMS TCmanager WebClient available
  • SITRAIN LMS TrainerClient available
