Description: Because of a neceassary maintenance window for the interface to Corporate Entitlement Service the registration process for external customer won't be available. Please give your customer the Information to retry the Registration after the planned maintenance window.

Planned Downtime:

  • from 18.10.2018 08:00 to 18.10.2018 10:30 CET

Consequences:

  • Registration for external customers not possible
  • TCmanager WebClient Function "Create/Check CES-Account" in Customer Core Data not possible
