short update to the high prior issue:
Unfortunately it was not possible to fix the issue yesterday. The error occurs in the complex interaction of OneLMS, the Corporate Entitlement, Akamai and the MultiDomain configuration.
The colleagues of the IT continued the investigation today in the early morning – some details to the activities: Further possible causes could be excluded. Alternative configurations tested. Further experts consulted. Among other things, the call to Akamai as a possible influencing factor was temporarily deactivated. Despite the further limitations, error messages still appear.
The activities will of course be continued with the highest priority until the issue has been solved. Since this morning, all parties involved have again been connected in an ongoing online conference. All activities are accompanied and supported by the management.
Consequences:
- App access possible
- App login with CES possible
- App login with alternativ login possible
- App page down-/upload possible
- OneLMS webclient available
- OneLMS websites available - but login, bookings and registration is not possible
- OneLMS trainerclient available
