SiCourse App: Update to the exchange of the certificate in SiCourse APP - emergency update provision is in progress for MDM managed devices and Trainer iPads, scheduled 6 years ago

Provision of the SiCourse App V 3.0.3:

  1. Participant iPads:

Based on an issue with the MDM-System the new version was first provided to MDM starting at 09th of April 2019 1:30 PM.

no planned Downtime

Consequences:

  • Installation on the iPads starts after unlocking the iPads and spent a few seconds.
  • If the app is in use the user will be asked if the update should be started.
  • In case of answer "update no" the update will be performed later.
  • In case of issues on Wednesday please send us a mail to onelms.sitrain.industry@siemens.com we will support you asap.
  • After the successful installation the SiCourse App is available as usual.
  1. Trainer iPads:

The provision about SAA (Smart App Access) for Trainer iPads is already finished.

Consequence:

  • After unlocking the Trainer iPad the installation starts immediately and spent a few seconds.
