Problem with our Database - Eagle Data Center
Description:
- Update 04.09. 2019: Problems with our databese have been fixed. Performance issues are solved.
- Our Data Center is having issues affecting incomming and outgoing traffic to the internet.
Consequences:
- SiCourse App access possible
- SiCourse App login with CES possible
- SiCourse App login with alternativ login possible
- SiCourse App page down-/upload possible
- OneLMS Webportal available - Download from MyTraining slow -> solved (04.09. 2019)
- OneLMS TCmanager WebClient available - Performance issues -> solved (04.09. 2019)
- OneLMS TCmanager Citrix Client available
- OneLMS TrainerClient availablee
