Scheduled Maintenance due to OneLMS TCmanager Citrix Client Tech Refresh, scheduled 5 years ago

Description:

  • Tech Refresh and server updates of the OneLMS TCmanager Citrix Client
  • Users of the OneLMS TCmanager Citrix Client will have to refresh their system settings after the scheduled maintenance. A manual and step by step guide is being deployed via email to key users of affected countries approx. one week before the maintenance
  • In case you need to refresh your system settings but did not get an email with the manual, please contact onelms.sitrain.industry@siemens.com

Maintenance planned on 07.10.2019 (dd.mm.yyyy):

  • The update will happen on the fly. No downtime expected.

Consequences:

  • SiCourse App access possible
  • SiCourse App login with CES possible
  • SiCourse App login with alternativ login possible
  • SiCourse App page down-/upload possible
  • OneLMS Weportal available
  • OneLMS TCmanager WebClient available
  • OneLMS TCmanager Citrix Client not available
  • OneLMS TrainerClient available
