Two logins necessary on SiCourse iPad App

Description: Due to an infrastructure problem every student or trainer has to log in twice in the SiCourse App. When you log in for the first time, the app jumps back to the login screen. The second attempt works.

Consequences:

  • App access possible
  • App login with CES possible
  • App login with alternativ login possible
  • App page down-/upload possible

01/04/2019: Problem is fixed. SiCourse App fully operational again.

OneLMS Emergency Release, scheduled 6 years ago

Description: Emergency Release for important Bug Fixes.

Planned Downtime:

  • from 21.03.2019 18:30 to 21.03.2019 19:00 CET

Consequences:

  • OneLMS TCmanager webclient not available
  • OneLMS websites not available

TCmanager DirX not working for OneLMS

Description: DirX interface is not working correctly for OneLMS.

Consequences: Currently it is not possible to grant user Access rights for OneLMS. This is a problem within DirX and not an OneLMS issue.

TCmanager Printjobs not working

Description: Printjobs don't work in TCmanager WebClient.

Consequences:

  • PrintJobs can be created but not send out. Workaround: Send correspondence manually, not via Print Job.

OneLMS WebClient Performance Issues - expected to be available again at 13:05 CET.

Description: OneLMS WebClient is currently facing issues and is temporarily not available. It is expected to be available again at 13:05 CET.

Consequences:

  • OneLMS webclient not available

SiCourse iPad App not working yet

Description: Due to Problems in iPad infrastructure, the SiCourse work is not ready yet for productive use.
