Maintenance window due to OneLMS Release FY19-04, scheduled 5 years ago

Description:

  • Deployment of OneLMS Release FY19-04
  • Release-Notes are sent to all OneLMS SITRAIN Key Users and are available in OneLMS Wiki after the Go-Live

Planned Downtime:

  • from Wednesday 07/08/2019, 17:00 CET until Wednesday 07/08/2019, 19:00 CET

Consequences:

  • App access possible, login problems can occur between 17:00 CET and 17:10 CET
  • OneLMS TCmanager Webclient not available
  • OneLMS TCmanager Citrix Client not available
  • OneLMS websites not available
  • OneLMS trainerclient not available

Extract of commited Bug fixes (list will be continuously updated):

  • Export of Excel tables in "Reporting" from WebClient with wrong figures in graph 1
  • SITRAIN portal footer link "Datenschutz" leads to wrong page in InTERnet
  • CrossBorder Bookings shown in "Participant figures"
  • Allowed symbols & characters for customer e-mail addresses
  • Create local Events & Holidays
  • Group Todo is not shown in TCmanager WebClient Dashboard
  • Wrong Value for Planned figures (current) for exclusive Delivery Type
  • Authorization problem when triggering CES-registration for external trainers via function call in WebClient
  • Function RefreshInfopackageEnrolments: DeliveryDate Selection does not work

Download of personal annotated course material in MyTraining - possibly with a delay

Description:

  • The upload of the annotated documents of the last weeks is finished successfully. The document are available for the download.
  • All the uploads run in the moment semi-automated. That means if the automatic upload on the last day of the course fails due to issues we will take manually care of the missing documents on the next working day. Theses annotated PDFs are then available in myTraining with a delay.

Consequences:

  • App access possible
  • App login with CES possible
  • App login with alternativ login possible
  • App page down-/upload possible - possibly with a delay
  • OneLMS webclient available
  • OneLMS websites available
  • OneLMS trainerclient available
